We are intentional about training staff in core values that continuously focuses on serving the residents in their home, inviting the community to take part in our mission and creating activities in which our group of volunteers can contribute to a form of servant leadership.

We pride ourselves with grace and we welcome the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and each other.  We Believe in a leadership of trust, sharing a mission-focused purpose that requires our leadership, staff and residents to trust one another by developing strong bonds as part of a collaborative and supportive team which ultimately exemplifies the foundation of Roxborough home for Women’s Legacy of Care.
