
Thomas R. Wilcox, Esq.
Thomas R. Wilcox III, Esq., MBA, SPHR, AB (Tom) has extensive nonprofit, foundation, fundraising, education, business development, legal, and human resources experience to help further advance the mission of the organization. His diverse background allows him to build strong relationships based on respect, transparency, integrity, and trust. Tom brings experience, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a fresh perspective to any organization. Wilcox manages all day-to-day operations.
Tom has held several legal and management positions with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations over his career. He also taught law at Villanova Law School for 20 years as an adjunct law professor and taught international business law as a visiting professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University in China. He currently serves—and has served—on numerous local boards and volunteers his time for several nonprofits.
Wilcox’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Education from Gordon College, a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business & Management.
Tom Wilcox is ordained, a licensed attorney, a licensed real estate broker, a certified HR professional, and a certified scuba diver. He is married, and he and his family love to travel: they have been to all 50 states and 6 of the 7 continents.

Athenae Evans
Athenae Evans is the Administrator for Roxborough Home for Women. She brings with her over 20 years of working in the field with children and adults with developmental, intellectual, mental, and behavioral impairments. She received her associate’s degree in social services from Rowan of South Jersey and her bachelor’s degree in behavioral science at Wilmington University. Athenae is in the process of obtaining her graduate degree in Organizational Leadership.
Athenae grew up in the small farming and fishing area Downe Township New Port/Fortescue New Jersey and she has always valued family and has a deep love and passion for helping people. She has continued to be true to this passion with advocacy for the foster care community, helping and providing humanitarian aid to the people of Haiti with the assistance of water well construction and other continued projects in that area. She is continuously looking for ways to improve the lives of people.
While she has her roots in New Jersey, Athenae has always had a love for Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. She has close ties with many communities within Philadelphia and hopes to bring those close ties together to facilitate relationships and add to the lives of the Residents at Roxborough Home for Women.
